UMA London: Lak Loi
has been a student of Jeet Kune Do under Kwoklyn Wan for 5 years, in 2009 Lak
earned his Apprentice Instructor Certification under Kwoklyn and teaches Jeet
Kune Do in London City and Southall
UMA Women Only: Jo
Hicks came to Urban Martial Arts in 2007 to continue her Kickboxing training
where she was already a recognized Instructor. In 2008 Jo decided that she would
like to continue her teaching and started a class in Blaby and then Whetstone.
UMA Melton Mowbray:
David Freeman has been training alongside Kwoklyn Wan since 1989. He has
studied many martial arts from Praying Mantis to Systema. In 2003 Dave and
Kwoklyn started teaching together across Leicester until 2004 when Urban
Martial Arts was founded. He remains a good friend and training partner with
Kwoklyn and now teaches a Jeet Kune Do class in Melton Mowbray.
