For older children 13+, our Sport kickboxing classes are a great introduction to the martial arts with a focus on punching, kicking and self-defence skills, they also help build both confidence and fitness levels. |

By starting young, children are equipped with invaluable skills that stay with them forever. From increased respect and self-discipline to improved confidence, fitness and team skills, martial arts such as karate, kickboxing & kung fu can shape a child's character and help them take life in their stride.
Urban Martial Arts holds regular Wan’s Warriors classes for children, with a specially structured syllabus that covers Attribute skill development; Speed, Strength, and Balance are just some. Our Warrior Programme includes a fun grading system which encourages self-improvement and allows the students' progress to be monitored carefully.
With the right coaching and instruction, your children will be fighting fit – and graduating as mini martial artists in no time.
Wan’s Warriors – 6-12 year olds
- 45 minute sessions
- Mondays at 5.15pm
- Tuesdays at 5.15pm (30 Minute Black Belt Club)
- Wednesdays at 5.15pm
- Thursdays at 5.15pm (30 Minute Black Belt Club)
- Saturdays at 10.15am
Dress Code for New Comers: T-Shirt or Baggie Top, Tracksuit Bottoms or jogging Trousers
Dress Code for Members: Full Uniform ironed and in good condition. Belts to be worn at all times. |
